Welcome to Her Reclaim Journey. By accessing or using this website, booking a call, enrolling in coaching services, or purchasing any program or digital product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use this website.

1. Use of Website

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by Her Reclaim Journey and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

2. Coaching Services

Her Reclaim Journey™ provides life coaching and personal development services. Coaching is a collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented process. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical conditions

  • Coaching outcomes depend on your level of commitment and engagement

If you need mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice, you should seek a licensed professional in those fields.

3. Group Coaching & Cohort Programs

Her Reclaim Journey™ may offer group coaching programs, workshops, cohorts, and other live group experiences.

By participating in a group program, you agree that:

  • Other participants may share personal experiences or information during sessions.

  • You will respect the privacy of other participants and will not repeat, share, post, record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute another participant’s personal information or story without their permission.

  • While Her Reclaim Journey™ requires participants to respect confidentiality, absolute confidentiality among group participants cannot be guaranteed.

  • Participation and sharing are voluntary. You are not required to discuss anything you are uncomfortable sharing.

  • Respectful communication is required. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive conduct, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program.

  • Group sessions may not be recorded by participants.

  • Missed live sessions are not refundable and do not create an entitlement to a replacement session.

  • Participants are responsible for having the technology and internet access needed to attend virtual sessions.

For The Reclaim Reset, the scheduled program dates and session information will be provided at enrollment. Her Reclaim Journey™ may make reasonable scheduling changes when necessary and will notify participants of any changes.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments made to Her Reclaim Journey™ are non-refundable.
By enrolling in coaching services, digital products, programs, or payment plans, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is a time-based, personalized service

  • Your enrollment reserves time, energy, and availability

  • Results depend on your participation, effort, and readiness

  • Therefore, all payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Missed or unused sessions

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal or financial changes

  • Failure to participate

  • Ending the program early

If Her Reclaim Journey™ needs to reschedule a session, a replacement session will be provided.

If Her Reclaim Journey™ cancels a program and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option, affected payments will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

This policy ensures that both coach and client enter the program fully committed to the transformational work.

5. Payment & Scheduling

Payments are due at the time of booking. All coaching programs, sessions, products, and services must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan before participation begins.

Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full program investment, not a subscription that can be canceled.

Missed, declined, or late payments may result in paused access until payments are corrected.

Reschedules or cancellations require 24-hour notice unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.

Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions using the provided link or platform. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

Rescheduling must be done according to the scheduling system’s availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content under The Reclaim Method™ are proprietary and may not be duplicated, shared, or sold without written consent.

All content, materials, worksheets, coaching tools, brand assets, logos, and digital products provided by Her Reclaim Journey™ are the property of Her Reclaim Journey™ and may not be duplicated, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

You understand that:

  • Your results are based on your actions

  • No specific outcomes are guaranteed

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

You agree to come prepared, participate actively, and communicate openly throughout the coaching experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Reclaim Journey™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, participation in coaching services or programs, or use of any materials provided.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to Terms

Her Reclaim Journey™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
