Client Coaching Agreement & Terms of Service

Program:
3-Month 1:1 Mindset & Confidence Coaching (Bi-Weekly)


1. Program Overview

This Coaching Agreement outlines the relationship between Tracy McCane (“Coach”) and the undersigned (“Client”) for the 3-month 1:1 coaching program, which includes:

  • 6 coaching sessions

  • 60 minutes per session

  • Bi-weekly frequency

  • Virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meet

The purpose of this program is to support you in reclaiming clarity, confidence, and control in your life.


2. Scheduling & Sessions

2.1 Session Scheduling

All sessions will be scheduled by the Client using the Coach’s online scheduling link.

2.2 Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Client may reschedule 1 session per month without penalty.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time will not be added, and no refunds or credits will be given.

2.4 Missed Sessions / No-Shows

No-shows or missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.


3. Payment & Fees

3.1 Payment Options

Client may choose one of the following:

  • Pay in Full

  • Monthly Payment Plan (handled through Stripe/Squarespace)

3.2 Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided.
This applies to both Pay-in-Full and Payment Plans.

3.3 Payment Plans

If Client selects a payment plan, they agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or completion of sessions.


4. Communication & Support Between Sessions

The Coach provides:

  • Email support between sessions

  • Responses are typically within 24–48 business hours

This support is not for crisis, emergency, or urgent decision-making.


5. Client Responsibility

The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process requiring participation. The Client agrees to:

  • Be open, honest, and coachable

  • Attend scheduled sessions

  • Complete action steps between sessions

  • Communicate needs respectfully

Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.


6. Confidentiality

All information shared between Coach and Client during sessions and communication is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

The Coach may reference anonymized, non-identifying client stories for teaching or marketing purposes only with Client’s permission.


7. No Guarantee of Results

While the Coach is committed to providing tools, support, and guidance, the Client understands that:

The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes, including career changes, increased income, personal transformations, or emotional breakthroughs.

Results depend on the Client’s commitment, effort, mindset, and follow-through.


8. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.

Coaching focuses on:

  • Personal development

  • Goal-setting

  • Accountability

  • Mindset support

The Client agrees to seek professional mental health or medical support from licensed providers when needed.

If the Coach believes a client requires clinical support, the Coach may refer the Client to appropriate professionals.


9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, content, and resources provided by the Coach are the intellectual property of Her Reclaim Journey.

Client may not:

  • Share materials publicly

  • Reproduce or resell materials

  • Use materials for their own coaching or business purposes

These resources are for personal use only.


10. Termination Policy

10.1 Coach-Initiated Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if:

  • The Client behaves disrespectfully

  • The Client violates terms of this agreement

  • The Client requires services beyond the Coach’s scope

If the Coach terminates the agreement, any unused sessions will be refunded at the Coach’s discretion.

10.2 Client-Initiated Termination

The Client may end the program early; however:
No refunds will be issued and all remaining payment plan charges will continue.


11. Program Expiration

All sessions must be used within 3 months from the start date.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the program period and are not refundable.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for:

  • Any actions or decisions made by the Client

  • Any damages, losses, or negative outcomes from coaching or actions taken by the Client

  • Emotional distress arising from personal development work

The Client agrees to hold the Coach harmless from all claims.


13. Agreement & Signature

By signing, you the Client acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms in this Coaching Agreement.
